The 爱游戏体育 begins to build Pivot Apartments on Seattle's Capitol Hill
SEATTLE - The 爱游戏体育 joined Vibrant Cities to break ground today on Pivot Apartments, a new 71-unit mixed-use project located on Seattle's Capitol Hill. The 75,000 square-foot building will stand eight stories tall, contain 11,000 square-feet of office space, 4,500 square-feet of restaurant/retail space, as well as underground parking. Amenities will include a spacious roof deck boasting a greenhouse, terraces, and a bike room. The 爱游戏体育 will serve as the general contractor and Tiscareno Associates is the project's architect. Pivot Apartments is expected to be constructed in approximately 16 months, with completion in 2020.
